Job description
Elite Home Health in Florida is seeking dedicated Physical Therapists to provide compassionate, in-home care. The PT evaluates mobility, develops treatment plans, and executes interventions to restore independence.
You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, ensure compliance with Medicare requirements, and educate patients and families to prevent falls and promote safety in the home.
