Job description
Parx Home Health Care in Florida is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our home-based care team. You will perform evaluations, develop personalized treatment plans, educate patients and families, and coordinate with physicians, nurses, and other professionals to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care in patients' homes.
This role requires a Florida PT license and at least one year of experience, with a passion for helping patients regain mobility and independence.
