Job description
Good Samaritan in Preston, MN is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our not-for-profit team. This on-site, PRN/part-time role focuses on delivering high-quality therapy to residents across post-acute and long-term care settings.
You will assess patients, plan and document treatment, educate families, and collaborate with physicians and case managers. A valid state PT license and BLS are required; a driver's license is a plus.
