Job description
Louisiana HomeCare, a part of LHC Group and a member of the UnitedHealth Group family, is seeking a Physical Therapist for home health to assess patients, design and implement treatment plans, and evaluate progress in a home setting.
Eligible candidates will have a Physical Therapy license in the practice state and CPR certification, with a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation. A $7,500 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time positions.
