Job description
Assured Home Health of Ponca City, part of the LHC Group and within the Optum family, is seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate patient care needs in home health, determine a treatment plan, and perform interventions to improve well‑being and function.
You will document progress, educate families, and collaborate with the health care team to ensure high-value, patient-centered care. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available for external hires; opportunities may be full-time or PRN.
