Job description
BAYADA Home Health Care seeks an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time home health role serving Anne Arundel County, primarily Glen Burnie, MD. You’ll perform client visits, assessments, and develop individualized care plans to help clients remain at home while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
In this role you will document care and outcomes, maintain high standards of care, and participate in ongoing professional development and PPE protocols.
