Job description
UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Physical Therapist for Home Health to assess and evaluate patient care needs related to mobility, endurance, pain, and other conditions. You will determine a treatment plan, perform interventions to improve well-being, and evaluate progress.
Primary responsibilities include evaluating patient status, developing care plans, and collaborating with a health care team to deliver effective therapy. A sign-on bonus is offered and comprehensive benefits are provided.
