Job description
UnitedHealth Group's Moses Lake Assured Home Health, part of LHC Group and Optum family, seeks a Physical Therapist to assess patient needs and develop treatment plans in the home setting. You will perform interventions to improve well-being, monitor progress, and collaborate with a care team.
