Job description
Amedisys is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist in Minnesota to help patients maintain, restore and improve movement at home. The role includes ongoing reexaminations, discharge planning, and adapting interventions to patient needs in a full-time capacity.
Qualified candidates will have a CAPTE-accredited PT program, current state license and CPR certification; one year of home health experience preferred. A sign-on bonus is offered along with competitive benefits.
