Job description
Carilion Clinic is seeking a Physical Therapist for Homecare to assess patients, interpret physician referrals, and implement individualized treatment plans across home settings. You will collaborate with physicians and therapists while documenting care in patient records, and may travel to patient homes.
Requires a Virginia PT license, a PT degree (Bachelor, Master, or Doctorate), and BLS certification within six months. Mileage reimbursement and a sign-on bonus are offered.
