Job description
UNMH is seeking a Physical Therapist for Home Health Care to assess and treat patients across Neonate to Geriatric age groups. You will plan therapy programs, educate patients and caregivers, and coordinate with medical staff to ensure high quality care.
The role requires a Bachelor's in a related discipline, NM PT license or temporary license, CPR/BLS certification, and bilingual abilities. Expect responsibilities in documentation, patient safety, and potential supervision of staff and students.
