Job description
Humana Inc. in Massachusetts seeks a Home Health Physical Therapist to deliver in-home care, helping patients regain strength and independence while coordinating with a physician-led care team.
Reporting to the Clinical Manager, you will plan, implement and document therapies, supervise PTAs and aides, and ensure timely progress notes. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible candidates.
