Job description
CenterWell Home Health in Massachusetts is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist to join our caring team. You will provide in-home PT services, plan and administer treatments, and document outcomes to help patients regain strength and independence.
This full-time role includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus, 40 hours per week, and a comprehensive benefits package. Licensure, CPR, and strong teamwork with clinicians, PTAs and home health aides are required to deliver high-quality care.
