Job description
Louisiana HomeCare, part of the UnitedHealth Group family, seeks a Physical Therapist in home health to assess and plan care, perform treatments, and evaluate progress. You will develop plans of care, coordinate with the health care team, and document outcomes. Sign-on bonus applies to full-time positions.
