Job description
CenterWell Home Health in Pullman, Washington seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to plan and administer prescribed PT care in patients’ homes, focusing on improving function and independence. You will assess strengths, guide goals with physician alignment, and coordinate with the care team.
You will supervise PTAs and Home Health Aides, document observations, and report progress to the physician and care team. Schedule includes 40 hours weekly; sign-on bonus or relocation assistance available.
