Job description
CenterWell Home Health in Florida is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist to help patients regain strength, mobility and independence in their homes. You will plan and administer prescribed physical therapy, document progress and collaborate with physicians and the care team to adjust plans of treatment.
The role requires a current unrestricted Physical Therapy license, CPR certification, and strong organizational and communication skills, with a sign-on bonus up to 10,000 and coverage area
