Job description
CenterWell Home Health in Beaumont, TX seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver in-home therapy, helping patients regain strength and independence. You will assess, plan and implement individualized rehab programs, supervise PTAs and home health aides, and document progress for physician review.
You must hold an unrestricted PT license, CPR certification, and have experience collaborating with a healthcare team. The role offers a $10,000 sign-on/relocation bonus and 40-hour weekly schedule.
