Job description
VNA Care is seeking a Physical Therapist to perform home health visits in Peabody, Lynnfield and Wakefield, MA. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., full-time with patient-centered care in home settings.
No prior home health experience is required as we offer an extensive orientation program; the role reports to a Clinical Manager and requires traveling within a defined territory to deliver PT services to patients in their homes.
