Job description
PruittHealth Corporation is seeking a Physical Therapist for Home Health in Spartanburg. This full-time role offers a new pay-per-point compensation plan with high visit value and industry-leading pay.
You will evaluate and treat patients in their homes, coordinate with families and the care team, and document outcomes using standard clinic documentation tools. Qualifications include a valid state PT license and graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
