Job description
Northwestern Medicine Central DuPage Hospital in Warrenville, IL, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our care team. This 20-hour/week role travels throughout the western suburbs delivering skilled physical therapy services in patients' homes and community settings.
You'll apply diagnostic and therapeutic techniques, assess home safety, document progress, and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and families to support recovery, adherence, and discharge planning.
