Position: Home Health Physical Therapist Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4:30 PM Mileage Reimbursement: Provided

Role Overview:
In this role, you will provide personalized, in-home rehabilitation services. You will design and implement exercise programs tailored to improve mobility and functionality for diverse patient populations. Collaboration with patients and their families will be key, ensuring compassionate and effective care.
Qualifications:
Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
Valid Physical Therapist license in Ohio
Current CPR certification
