Job description
Addus Family Company seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist to deliver in‑home rehabilitation services for seniors and individuals with disabilities. In this role, you’ll assess functional mobility, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence‑based interventions to improve strength, balance, and pain management so clients can remain safely and independently at home.
