Job description
Granite Peak Home Health in Butte, MT is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide physician-prescribed PT in patients' homes. The role focuses on improving function and independence through client-centered plans of care.
You will collaborate with a care team, document progress, and educate patients and families on home exercise programs. A two-year APTA-approved program and state licensure are required.
