What You'll Do Provide Skilled PTA Care: Implement individualized plans of care developed by the supervising Physical Therapist. Perform Therapeutic Interventions: Focus on functional strengthening, gait training, balance, and fall risk reduction to help patients reach their mobility goals. Report Patient Progress: Document patient responses to treatment and communicate with the supervising PT to ensure a coordinated approach. Manage Your Caseload: Set your own schedule and visit cadence based on the plan of care. What You'll Need Valid California Physical Therapy Assistant license CPR or BLS certification Driver's license and auto insurance Physical TB test (within the last year) Professional liability and business license (if applicable) Where You'll Be Working We are seeking a home health clinician for a diverse territory spanning from the South Bay (Manhattan Beach, Torrance) to South Central LA (Compton, Huntington Park). This role offers geographic flexibility, allowing you to focus on your preferred neighborhoods within this region or explore adjacent areas that best fit your commute. A Diverse Community: You'll serve a wide-ranging patient population. Spanish proficiency is a plus, but not required.
