Job description
CenterWell Home Health is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant to deliver in-home care under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. You will help patients regain strength and mobility, document progress, and participate in team meetings.
The role requires a current state PT license, CPR, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work with geriatric patients. A PTA experience, home health exposure, is preferred; Pensacola area travel is involved.
