Job description
Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Private Duty Nurse LVN to provide one-on-one care for pediatric and adult patients in their homes during night and weekend shifts. In this role, you will deliver skilled nursing, including medication administration, assessments, trach and vent care, and enteral feeding support, while closely monitoring patient conditions. You will collaborate with families and the clinical team to follow individualized care plans, ensure safety, and promote comfort.
