Job description
Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Private Duty LVN for weeknight shifts providing one-on-one care in patients’ homes. You will deliver skilled nursing for pediatric and/or adult patients, including assessments, medication administration, ventilator or tracheostomy care (as applicable), wound care, and monitoring of chronic conditions. The LVN will follow individualized care plans, document accurately in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards, and collaborate closely with families and the clinical team.
