Job description
CenterWell Home Health is hiring a Physical Therapist to deliver in-home therapy, assess function, and build personalized rehab plans. You will work under the Clinical Manager to help patients regain strength, mobility and independence in their homes.
Eligible candidates have an unrestricted PT license, CPR certification, and teamwork experience. A sign-on bonus of $10,000 is offered, with a strong base and per-visit pay options.
