Job description
Capital Region Home Health, part of the LHC Group and aligned with the Optum family, is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist for home health. You will assess patient mobility, endurance, pain, and medical conditions, then develop and implement a treatment plan to improve well-being and functionality.
