Job description
CenterWell Home Health in Florida seeks a dedicated Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver personalized in-home therapy under the direction of a Physical Therapist, helping patients regain strength and independence.
You will administer treatment plans onsite, document records weekly, participate in in-services, and uphold infection control and safety standards.
A Florida-licensed PTA with CPR and a valid driver’s license is required; driving to patient homes is expected.
