CenterWell Home Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide in-home care, helping patients regain strength, mobility and independence.
Reporting to the Clinical Manager, you will plan and administer therapy, document progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve personalized goals. This full-time position requires travel to patients' homes within the Richmond area and offers competitive pay and benefits.
