Job description
North Kansas City Hospital Home Health, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist I to provide comprehensive skilled services to patients in their homes as ordered by the attending physician. The role includes educating patients and families and ensuring safety, with accurate documentation in line with Medicare/Federal guidelines.
