Job description
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for a PRN or Part-Time role performing home health visits in Falls Church, VA, serving adult and geriatric clients in the Alexandria and surrounding areas on a per-visit basis.
You will join a multidisciplinary team delivering rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients at home, with emphasis on independent living, safety, and functional improvement.
