Job description
A List Therapy Group is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist to join our contractor referral network in Southern California. You will provide PT services in patients' homes, evaluate mobility, develop plans of care, and coordinate with physicians and families.
We offer a $500 sign-on bonus and a $250 referral bonus, flexible scheduling, and earning potential of $153,000–$208,000 annually based on visit volume.
