Job description
Ascension at Home together with Compassus is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist to deliver one-on-one care in patients' homes, helping them regain strength and independence. You will work with patients who need support to perform daily living activities while maintaining flexible scheduling and a people-focused culture.
Requirements:
BS in Physical Therapy, Texas PT license, valid driver’s license, CPR, TB screen, and Hepatitis consent/declination, plus two years of acute care or rehab
