Job description
Amedisys is hiring a Home Health Physical Therapist for a per diem, weekday schedule. You will help patients maintain and improve movement and function in their homes, providing targeted physical therapy interventions and ongoing reexaminations as part of discharge planning.
Qualified candidates hold a current state license, CAPTE-accredited PT degree, CPR certification, and have home health experience. Compensation reflects market range and benefits apply where eligible.
