Job description
BrightStar Care of Camden and Cherry Hill is seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapist for home health in Cherry Hill, NJ. The role offers a flexible PRN schedule and competitive pay per visit, with part-time/PRN expectations.
You will perform PT evaluations, create and adjust plans of care, and provide gait, balance, mobility, strength, and fall-prevention therapy in patients' homes. Collaboration with RNs and other therapists is required.
