Job description
Adara Home Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide and oversee home health services across Mendota Heights and surrounding areas. Travel to client homes is required for 1:1 patient care, with a schedule managed during office hours.
Base salary ranges from $80,000 to $115,000 per year plus productivity and benefits; strong clinical oversight and collaboration with health care teams are emphasized.
