Job description
Aveanna Healthcare in Wisconsin's La Crosse area is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our home health care team. You will assess mobility, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy in patients' homes, coordinating with physicians and families.
The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with flexible visit times, a sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits. Prior home health experience and OASIS familiarity are preferred.
