Job description
Boost Home Healthcare – Greater Boston is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist to join our ground-floor team in Brookline, MA. You will conduct initial evaluations, develop personalized care plans, and coordinate with physicians and our clinical team to deliver high-quality home health services.
This role requires active MA PT licensure, 1+ year experience in home health/outpatient/rehab, and a valid MA driver’s license with reliable transportation.
