Job description
VNA of Florida is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to deliver in-home home health services across Pinellas County. You will perform evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and work to improve mobility, strength, balance, and function for patients.
Educating patients and caregivers, coordinating with physicians, and maintaining clinical documentation are essential. Florida license and home health experience preferred; flexible scheduling and career growth opportunities are offered.
