Job description
Compassus is hiring a Home Health Physical Therapist to work in patients' homes, delivering one-on-one therapy and enhancing mobility and independence. You will assess, plan, and implement evidence-based PT interventions to improve quality of life while coordinating with families and care teams.
We value a BS in Physical Therapy, state licensure, valid driver's license, CPR, and two years of acute or rehab PT experience.
