Job description
The Visiting Nurse Association of Florida (VNA) through TGH Home Care seeks a Physical Therapist to provide in-home health services in Polk County, Florida. You will perform in-home evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and function.
Active Florida PT license required; home health experience preferred. This PRN role offers flexible scheduling, local patient assignments, competitive pay, and CEU opportunities.
