Job description
Home Health & Hospice Care is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver in-home rehabilitation services in the Greater Milford, NH area. You will assess functional needs, create individualized treatment plans, and help patients regain strength, mobility, and independence in their homes.
This full-time, on-site role includes a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 and a Monday–Friday schedule with weekend/holiday rotation as needed.
