Job description
Optum is seeking a Physical Therapist in Home Health to evaluate patients, determine treatment plans, implement interventions, and monitor progress within state regulations. You will work with a care team to improve patient well-being and functional status in home settings.
Ideal candidates hold an active PT license in their practicing state, with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. CPR certification is preferred and may be completed within 90 days of hire.
