Job description
UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Physical Therapist for home health services. You will perform assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement interventions to improve mobility and function in patients within their home setting.
You will work with a multidisciplinary team, document progress, and adapt plans based on patient response and state guidelines. A sign-on bonus is available for external candidates and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.
