Your Impactful Role as a PT: As a Home Health PT with us, you'll make a real difference by delivering in-home therapy to help patients regain their independence and quality of life! You'll work directly with patients recovering from injuries or surgeries, helping them meet their mobility and wellness goals.
What You'll Do: Design personalized treatment plans, provide therapeutic exercises, and support patients along their recovery journey
Educate patients and families to ensure they have the resources to succeed
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for coordinated, top-notch care
What We're Looking For: Licensed PT in Arizona with a passion for patient-centered care
Strong communicator, with a knack for building trust with patients and team members
