Job description
Orion Placement is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate patients in their homes across Ramona and surrounding communities. The role offers a hybrid in-home and field-based schedule with a focus on improving mobility and independence for patients.
You will develop individualized treatment plans, supervise therapeutic exercises, and educate patients and caregivers, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
