Job description
Providence at Home with Compassus is seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate clients in their homes, develop and implement treatment plans, and discharge planning in coordination with a multidisciplinary team.
The role includes supervising PT aides, coordinating with physicians, and ensuring documentation accuracy while traveling to patient homes in the area. Licensure is required with BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
