Job description
Optimal Care, Inc. is seeking a licensed Home Health Physical Therapist to deliver one-on-one rehab in patients’ homes across the Lansing area. You will assess function, create plans, and guide treatments to restore mobility and independence.
Ideal candidates hold a PT degree, state license, and at least 1 year of experience, with reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the service area. Office in Jackson, MI with travel to patients.
